Tori's Bakeshop, organic and vegan bakery and cafe with gluten-free options, is now open Thursday-Sunday evenings from 6pm as After Hours, Canada's first organic and vegan wine bar. After Hours offers organic and biodynamic wines, craft beer bottles, and select cocktails with Dillon's Spirits. It features an entirely new full-service dinner menu filled with sharing plates of vegetable-forward fine fare. All items are made from scratch in-house, with organic and seasonal ingredients sourced as locally as possible.

Tori curated the After Hours menu with classically trained Head Chef Jessica Ianni (Garde Manger with Chuck Hughes, and Nora Gray with Emma Cardarelli), who moved from Montreal to make beautiful and brilliant food that everyone can devour, filling a large hole in both vegan and gluten-free cuisine.
